Folio 166: Frazer to Weymouth. On Ramsault's return to Dunkirk. The cleaning of the canal of Furnes was discontinued during the winter. Its cleaning is vital to the salubrity of the air. The sluice in need of repair will not be enlarged in any way. He will provide further details of trade, if required.
