Folio 121: Walpole to Weymouth. Describes the visit of the king of Denmark. The French have suffered further reverses in Corsica. Many would now like to extricate themselves but reinforcements have sailed. One suggestion is that the island should be given to the Pope as recompense for Avignon. The comte de Guynes, colonel of the regiment of Navarre, is named as minister to Prussia. Châtelet leaves shortly for England.
