Folio 180: Shelburne to Rochford. Francès based his letter about Hopkins on a newspaper article. Francès has received an intemperate letter from Choiseul about Saxton. Rochford has not exceeded his instructions in his protests about Corsica. He must be careful to avoid anything suggesting personal animosity towards Choiseul.
