Folio 79: Guinand to [Shelburne]. He explains the nature of the Canada certificates and the procedure for making them valid. Then he lists the certificates examined and explains why they were accepted or rejected. In some cases the proper procedures had not been followed, there had been forged signatures and entries inserted after the proper dates. Among the names listed are the Chabert brothers and Rybot. Vialars' claims are still with Praslin.
