Folio 47: Rochford to Shelburne. He is recovering slowly. He sends condolences on the death of princess Louisa Anne. Encloses f.49. The Parlement of Paris has invited the princes of the blood and the peers to meet for further deliberations. The commercial treaty proposed by the Hanseatic towns faces difficulties. It is said to relate solely to new trade between Hamburg and France's American colonies. The queen is not expected to outlive the week.
