Folio 3: Rochford to Shelburne. Encloses ff.5, 7. Choiseul is indeterminate in his reply, having agreed verbally to Rochford conferring with Praslin about the outstanding Canada claims and that the claims of Vialars on behalf of others should be allowed. He had also accepted that the conversion of reconnaissances into contract stocks ought not to affect British property.
