Encloses copy of memorial from a New York firm claiming on the governor of Cayenne for provisions and necessaries for which it is offered payment at a very great discount. Related papers will be sent to the firm of Thelluson and Necker in Paris and it will wait upon Rochford [ff.220 to 247 refer].
