Folio 195: Rochford to Shelburne. Refers to a mission by count Barberini. Referring to ff.187, 191, he reports that most French regiments have been changing their quarters and great numbers were marching in many parts of France. Pachelbel has returned from Deux Ponts but has not been to Hessen-Kassel. Châtelet has been allocated the Régiment du Roy. This is seen as a great extension of Choiseul's power.
