Folio 185: Rochford to Shelburne. Because of coolness between Russia and France about the king's refusal to give the czarina the title of empress in the body of letters, Gallitzin is likely to be recalled. If so, Catinski (Chotinskÿ), chargé d'affaires in Madrid, will come to Paris and no-one of a higher rank will be employed.
