Folio 79: Decree by the Conseil d'Etat. It sets up two depots, one in St. Lucia, one in St. Domingo, where foreigners may import and export certain commodities and merchandise. Regulations are laid down in 21 articles. The decree is to be registered by all concerned, by order of the duc de Penthièvre, admiral of France, governor and lt. general for the king in Brittany.
Date and place: 1767 July 29 Compiègne.
