Folio 67: Shelburne to Porten. Endorses his help to Whitworth. Towns evacuated by the French were attacked by the Corsicans. The Genoese had expected a French guarantee to last until 1768. Two British ships suspected of having plague on board were driven off from St. Malo and Cherbourg. Britain will take all precautions.
