Folio 145: Guerchy to Shelburne. He has received from his government a translation of the account rendered for the maintenance of French prisoners of war in England since the last count, with its observations. It has also sent him an account for English prisoners in the Windward islands. He asks that mr Guiguer, who signed the first account, come to see him, in order to clarify certain points. He asks for copies of the accounts for the French prisoners in the East Indies to replace the lost accounts.
