Folio 133: Memorial drawn up by Choiseul about the execution of the Treaty of Commerce between France and England signed at Utrecht on April 11th 1713. It relates the course of events since 1713 and refers to the Triple Alliance of December 7th 1716 and the French Declaration of January 4th 1717. Because Britain did not accept articles 8 and 9 of the Treaty of Utrecht, it is invalid and a new treaty should be negotiated.
