Folio 113: Rochford to Shelburne. In talk with Choiseul about the treatment of British merchants in Bordeaux, Choiseul claimed that the Treaty of Commerce of Utrecht was no longer valid but was willing to negotiate a new one. Rochford thought this was urgent.
