Folio 109: Shelburne to Rochford. Encloses a letter from the king to the duc de Penthièvre, in answer to the letter of notification of the betrothal of his son, the prince de Lamballe. He is to follow the practice of other crowned heads and make no distinction between the illegitimate princes and the princes of the blood.
