Folio 79: Porten to Shelburne. Sartine wants the new oath printed and published as an extension of the convention, as it would cause complications for the claimants to participation in the Canada paper liquidation. Porten explains his difficulties. Rochford suggests he should go to London for a few days to explain them. Encloses f.83.
