Folio 68: Shelburne to Porten. The oath objected to by Sartine is not contrary to the Canada paper liquidation convention but is not to be insisted upon. He will be entitled to ask for cases similar to Lennan's to be admitted. Porten is to have powers equal to those of Marolles.
