Folio 156: Shelburne to Rochford. The cuts in the jetties at Dunkirk have not harmed the health of the area and must remain. The harbour must be demolished. Britain will regard French action to honour this part of the treaty as a test of their desire for peace. A merchant will call on him in relation to dealings in Cayenne.
