Folio 108: Shelburne to Rochford. Guerchy has refused an extension after October 1st for proprietors of Canada paper to provide proofs. Shelburne has more sympathy for poor Canadians, the original holders, than for the merchants. Guerchy continues to support Lescalier. Encloses f.111.
