Folio 45: Porten to Shelburne. He has not yet delivered the letters of notification to the princes of the blood. He urges Shelburne to fix periods for producing proofs as suggested in f.35, when discussing the Canada paper liquidation with Guerchy. He enclosed list of new cardinals [f.47] and new [French] counsellors [f.48].
