Folio 33: Porten to Shelburne. After discussion with Choiseul he wrote to him his views on the Canada papers liquidation [f.35]. The Spanish fleet, carrying 500,000 dollars for the king and 13,000,000 in gold and silver for commerce, has turned back to Havana or Vera Cruz and will not reach Cadiz till next year. The Comtesse de Toulouse has died.
