Folio 73: Observations delivered by Guerchy on Lennox' memorial to Choiseul of April 17 [see SP 78/269, f.266] about events of the previous year arising from cod fishing in Newfoundland. Detailed exposition of French arguments, with references to the Treaties of Utrecht and Paris. The second Belle-Isle is near the island of Grouais, the other is a dependent from Kerzpont.
