Folio 108: Conway to Richmond. He is to warn the French court that her ambassador in Rome must oppose any move to give the pretender's son the honours and titles given to his late father. Britain had no hostile motives in the memorial implying French influence overSpanish policy [see f.65]. He will order a commissary from Dunkirk to go to Paris [see f.61].
