Folio 61: Richmond to Conway. Praslin and the controller general have withdrawn the decision to pay interest on certain Canada certificates only from January 1st 1766 [f.39]. The final date for claims would be December 25th. He comments on other financial aspects of the French proposals. Ramsault has arrived in Paris from Dunkirk. Roy or Frazer could usefully do the same.
