Folio 265: Richmond to Conway. Encloses ff.269, 271, 273 about the Canada bills. Praslin insisted on abating the figure for the premium and rejected the claim for interest. Interest agreed for French subjects would be agreed for all proprietors. Claims must be in by October 1st. Richmond thinks these terms are better than the committee had hoped for. The French court cannot go back on the enclosed proposition [f.271].
