Folio 219: Conway to Guerchy. Because the merchant Dumesnil has brought an action against admiral Pye, the issue is no longer a matter for negotiation between the two governments. Dumesnil will get justice from an English jury [see SP 78/265, ff.206, 250; 266 f.1].
