Folio 207: Conway to Desmaretz, Roy and Frazer. Encloses extract of f.199. They are to agree a point near the sea for the next stage of the total demolition of the jetties. Now is not a good time to consider the use of force. The treaty of 1763 gave France advantages not included in previous treaties.
