Folio 162: Conway to Richmond and Rochford. Great Britain and Prussia intend to exchange ministers. There is no cause for alarm by France or Spain. The pretender is very ill. His eldest son has asked to be allowed to return to Rome and to be given the reversion of his father's pension and titles. Richmond and Rochford are to make clear Britain's opposition to the granting of titles hostile to her sovereign.
