Description

Folio 188: Note from Halifax to Guerchy. Comments about Article 9 of the Treaty of Commerce of Utrecht. He cites f.184 and claims that both Praslin and Choiseul agreed to the Treaty being renewed by Article 2 of the Treaty of Paris. Encloses f.190.
