Folio 180: Hertford to Halifax. Praslin said Choiseul took the same view about Gambia. Orders would be sent to the French governor, Poncet. Praslin said that matters concerning Dunkirk, including fascinage, were in the hands of Guerchy. Encloses ff.183, 185, 189.
