Folio 178: Hertford to Halifax. The King of Poland has notified France, through her minister Hennin, of his accession and offered satisfaction for the offence given by the behaviour of the Primate. France refuses to receive notification until she has consulted her allies. The grievances of Saxony must be redressed first.
