Folio 130: Deposition by the captain of the Brillant. He had only seized boats without a commission and destroyed the cabins of people of no allegiance, probably pirates. Some of the inhabitants, seize vessels, kill the crews, take the cargo and wreck the vessels, making it look as though they had foundered.
