Folio 189: Halifax to Hertford. Hopes for early release of Wolfenbüttel hostages. Deplores French delay over orders to Guadeloupe and Martinique and proposed orders to Grenada. Deplores delay in producing accounts for maintenance of prisoners of war. Refers to ff.183, 185. There is no question of agreeing to f.184.
