Lord Hillsborough has been asked for an urgent reply to f.150 and Halifax promises copies of orders to be sent to the governor of Newfoundland and the commanders of the British supervising ships to prevent the interference with fishermen between cape Bonavista and Riche point, if they conform to the treaty.
