Folio 54: Halifax to Guerchy. He has received reports from the Board of Trade and the Law Officers and encloses copy of orders sent to Scott in Grenada [missing here]. Scott has been at fault and ordered not to put difficulties in the way of the French. He hopes for equal justice for British subjects in Guadeloupe and Martinique.
