Folio 154: Neville to Egremont. Praslin agrees to give d'Eon the character of plenipotentiary, if Neville is similarly honoured, in which case he will go to Compiègne. He quotes the authority of Wiguefort. Guerchy will set out in September. Encloses f.158. Grimaldipromised adequate powers for Carrion.
