Folio 135: Egremont to Neville. He is ordered not to deliver his credentials without an audience. If d'Eon is made a plenipotentiary, he will be also. The matter of the artillery on Belle-Isle will be investigated. It is hoped that France will settle matters concerning prisoners of war without delay. Refers to the mission of Carrion.
