Folio 66: Minutes of meeting between Halifax, Nivernais, Knyphausen and Michell. The withdrawal of French troops from the Lower Rhine and Westphalia and the guarantee by Britain and France of the neutrality of these territories and of the Austrian Netherlands should be agreed. The Prussian ministers would have to refer back for confirmation.
