Folio 170: Mackan (French minister to Diet at Regensburg) to Praslin. Plotho (Prussian minister to Regensburg) has informed Lincker (Mainz minister to Regensburg) that Prussia threatens force against those states, which refuse to withdraw their troops from the Austrian army. They will invoke France's guarantees and Seydewitz (Imperial legal representative to Diet) wishes to alert Russia.
