Folio 84: Bedford to Egremont, Choiseul and Praslin have put forward a projet for the Definitive Treaty, which Bedford has accepted `as a friend'. Encloses French projet [ff.87 to 133], Bedford's reply [f.134], letter from Praslin [f.138] and observations by Bedford and France [ff.140 to 169]. No great differences except about the East Indies. Encloses f.170. French criticise use of word `enemy' in King's Speech.
