Folio 198: Memorial delivered to Pitt by Bussy in reply to f.98. If negotiations fail, all concessions are withdrawn. The 14 Articles (with some variation in the numbering) are discussed and reservations made. Canso is proposed instead of St. Pierre or else the cession of Miquelon with St. Pierre.
