Folio 222: Paper of 14 points to be delivered by Stanley to Choiseul, as containing the Ultimatum of Great Britain, 1, Canada must be ceded [see f.136, point 1]; 2, concerns boundaries of Canada, Virginia and Louisiana; 3, Senegal and Gorée must be ceded [see f.136, point 2]; 4, Dunkirk must be reduced; 5, the Neutral Islands to be partitioned [see f.136, point 4]; 6, Minorca to be restored [see f.136, point 5]; 7, restitution of conquests from Britain's allies in Germany [see f.136, point 6]; 8, Britain will restore to France Belle-Isle, Guadeloupe and Marie Galante; 9, the Saunders Godeheu treaty not accepted as basis for peace in East Indies. The two companies must negotiate; 10, no restitution for prizes taken before declaration of war; 11, Ostend and Nieuport must be evacuated by France; 12, cessation of arms to date from the signing of preliminaries of a definitive treaty 13, each country to be free to support its allies, as auxiliaries, in the quarrel about Silesia; 14, prisoners to be released according to custom or cartel.
