Folio 210: Memorial delivered by Bussy to Pitt. The Empress Queen agrees to Britain and France signing a peace treaty on two conditions. Firstly, the possession of territory belonging to Prussia must be conserved. Secondly, The King of England, whether as King or Elector, must give no help to Prussia and must ensure that troops from Hanover, Hesse and Brunswick do not join Prussian troops. France will give no aid to the Empress Queen. France accepts these conditions.
