Folio 134: Note of Choiseul's proposals. France demands restitution of Guadeloupe and Marie Galante, also Gorée for Minorca. She will cede all Canada, except the Isle Royale, which will not be fortified, and demands the retention of fishing rights as laid down in the treaty of Utrecht. The limits of Canada in the Ohio area should be fixed by the `Eaux Pendantes'. France will give up what her arms have conquered in Germany from the British allies.
