Folio 191: Note delivered to Mirepoix. Britain regrets that no instructions have been given to Mirepoix, in answer to f.156, which could lead to negotiations on points raised in the Counter-project [see ff.116, 176]. She repeats her demand that France abandon the three areas mentioned but will nevertheless be prepared to discuss all differences.
