Description

Folio 150: Précis of remainder of letter from Rouillé to Mirepoix, as dictated by the latter to Robinson, on delivering f.152. France is concerned at the measures being taken and desires a durable peace, with respect for her undoubted rights, which are not respected in the Counter-project [see f.116].
