As a result of an Appeal by the Procureur Général du Roi, by writ of error against the Chapter of Sainte Croix of Orléans, the Court of Parliament, all Chambers assembled, upheld previous resolutions andresolved that abuses in executing the provisions of the Bull Unigenitus, by giving it the effect of law, must stop.
