Folio 141: Extract of letter from friend of Mildmay. The French captains can leave Brest, evading the British fleet. The warships from Rochefort will leave for Brest. Refers to arrival of Macnamara at Brest, the 6,000 troops and the arrival of cannons. Gives details of several ships. Bigot returns to Canada but will be succeeded by Robert, Commissioner General of the Department of Brest.
