Encloses copy of letter from Major General Braddock's secretary at Gibraltar [f.213], reporting on French ships passing through the straits. This is thought to be a mistake in view of f.186. Encloses extract of letter from Porter [f.215]. Refers to Montresor's report of epidemic in Marseilles [see f.190]. Encloses copies of letters from Keene.
