Folio 143: Robinson, Sir Thomas, [Secretary of State, Southern Province] to Ministers, Consuls and Governors in the Southern Province. Newcastle is appointed 1st Lord of the Treasury, Robinson Secretary of State, Southern Province. Holdernesse succeeds Newcastle in the Northern Province. In postscript to the Duke of Dorset, he refers to letter from Major General Bligh at Cork about an accident to men-of-war Eagle and Bristol on the Irish coast, en route for East Indies.
